We would like to thank all our customers and new found friends for their support over the last 2 years. We are also delighted to announce the opening of our 2nd Nutrition Club in Ballincollig, Cork and send our best wishes to Caroline and Noreen. Thank you for helping us spread the message of good nutrition to The Rebel County !

Healthy Breakfast Info

Don't believe the TV advertisements! A healthy breakfast is NOT a simple carb high sugar bowel of cereal. When we wake up in the morning our body requires 114 different nutrients. We need protein, complex carbohydrates vitamins and minerals.
We also need water to replenish the fluids lost during the night.

The topic this week was The Fiber factor ! Our WLC class discovered that most of us were falling short of the daily requirement of 25-30g of fiber a day. Our Challenge of the week is to increase our fiber intake and to try one new fruit and one new vegetable every week for the remainder of the challenge.
The participants who lost the most weight this week were Deirdre and Aisling !
The participants who lost the Most Centimeters this week were Mary and Denise !

Well Done !
