Last January I was sitting at home feeling desperate. I had been to the hospital the previous week and my blood pressure was so high the medication wasn't working and my doctor told me I had to lose weight. To look at me you would never think I had a weight problem. I'm a size 6-8 and always have been. But I did have a weight problem, my eating habits were shocking! I could easily eat 5 bars of chocolate for my dinner. My Life was divided; half the time I was starving myself and half the time I was binging. I had tried every crash diet (click here)
